A Typical Engagement Process
Client gives a specific problem to BEN, where an external intervention could benefit the Client (or)
BEN and Client jointly discuss and agree to a thematic area based on future growth possibilities for the Client.
BEN matches the Client Problem to the right Expert in their Network and tables the most appropriate Expert Profile to the Client (or)
If the domain is new for BEN, then BEN onboards the appropriate Expert using its strong process and tables the profile to the Client
Client Validates the Profile and then validates the Expert over a 40 min conference call
BEN and Client agree to a clear scope
BEN and Client sign a contract to execute the work

Mid last year, we mandated BEN to find JV / Technology Partners which aligned with our technology roadmap. We were a bit sceptical when we handed over the mandate to BEN as our efforts with some bankers and other larger consulting outfits had not yielded good results by then. However BEN did a fantastic job in conducting a global search covering both Europe and North America and were able to bring several credible options that broadly met our qualifying criteria to the table. Over the next 5 months, our leadership team closely worked with BEN to further evaluate different options brought in and we now have successfully signed up with a few suitable Partners. I believe BEN’s understanding of the automotive industry and eMobility space in particular, their clear understanding of our technical and market requirements and their strong expert network with suitable domain expertise made all the difference. Overall I consider this engagement with BEN as a very successful one, that has given us more confidence to handover a new mandate to them.
