Mid last year, we mandated BEN to find JV / Technology Partners which aligned with our technology roadmap. We were a bit sceptical when we handed over the mandate to BEN as our efforts with some bankers and other larger consulting outfits had not yielded good results by then. However BEN did a fantastic job in conducting a global search covering both Europe and North America and were able to bring several credible options that broadly met our qualifying criteria to the table. Over the next 5 months, our leadership team closely worked with BEN to further evaluate different options brought in and we now have successfully signed up with a few suitable Partners.
